Refund & Return Policy
How returns and refunds work at Baco Beauty Hub.
Return policy
- Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
- Contact us at hello@bacobeautyhubcosmetics.com or via WhatsApp (see site footer) before sending anything back. Returns without notice may be delayed.
- Returned items are inspected by our team.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging where applicable.
- Opened or used cosmetics are not refundable (hygiene & safety).
- Pack returns securely and include your order number / invoice with a short note explaining the return.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or faulty item.
- Original outbound shipping fees (if charged) are generally not refundable.
- Before first use, check ingredients for allergies. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and cannot refund for that reason once a product has been opened or used.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method (card or wallet via Paystack/Flutterwave). Bank posting times may vary. If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, contact us with your order number.
Free gifts
Free gifts cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or replaced.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Product availability
Stock is updated regularly; occasionally an item may sell out after checkout. If that happens, we will refund the unavailable item and ship the rest of your order. Refunds will be noted on your packing information or order email.
Shipping
